Regresan de los 90s, de la mano de  la casa Céline, cuando las sube a las pasarelas en la París Fashion week 2013, convirtiéndolas así en una de las tendencias de esta temporada,y aunque antaño fueron parte del uniforme del turista que venía de vacaciones ,ahora las grandes casas de moda las exhiben en sus publicidades ,y las It girls del momento,  las han adaptado a sus siempre admirados street style.
